- (August 6) : The BFI Southbank in London is presenting a Clint Eastwood season throughout the month of August featuring all his films up to 1988. Pride of place in the season is the daily screening of a brand new print of The Good, the Bad and the Ugly from the 1st to the 14th of the month. A Fistful of Dollars and For a Few Dollars More also get 2 outings each, as do all Eastwood's other westerns apart from Unforgiven which will be shown in the second half of the season during September. - Our July Focus Film is Johnny Hamlet, Enzo G. Castellari's much praised film based on an idea by Sergio Corbucci and none other than William Shakespeare. Check out the film, add your thoughts and help us expand what we have. The second placed film in our poll will be next month's focus film so there's no vote for August for now.
