Luis Enríquez Bacalov

Luis Enríquez Bacalov born March 30, 1933 in San Martín, Buenos Aires(Argentina) is a composer of several film scores.Well known for his scores in Django and other Spaghetti Western,he is beside Ennio Morricone one of the best Spaghetti Western Composers.Bacalov has been nominated twice for Academy Awards: for Scoring of Music--adaptation or treatment for The Gospel According to St. Matthew in 1967 and winning the award for Original Music Score for Il Postino in 1996. He is also credited as Luis Bacalov.
