Synopsis
An alcoholic gunman, hunted down by five pitiless bounty hunters, is sheltered by a saloon dancer. When his enemies kill the girl the outlaw pulls himself together and faces his adversaries and takes his revenge in a final showdown. An interesting take on the reluctant gunfighter theme contains some truly surprising twists.
Opinions
Very good film with dark and grim story. Robert Woods is at his best as El Puro, drunk anti-hero who gets beaten around and has delirium fits. The mood and pacing of the film reminded me lots of Cemetary without Crosses. A truly great forgotten gem. Must-see film for all sw fans! Rating: 4/5 --Bill san Antonio 14:52, 18 August 2006 (CEST)
