Synopsis
Joe goes off on a long journey to reach a place where an uncle of his has died and left him a mine. Arriving there he finds a very troubled state of affairs. Among other things, he learns that the mine left to him had, apparently, been handed over to a man called Berg by the uncle himself just a few days before he died. Joe immediately realises that the whole town is in the hands of Berg and his gang. Even the sheriff is on the side of the outlaws. Joe considers the situation carefully. Against the violence and the number of his enemies he can only oppose with his cleverness and the incredible speed of his unfailing gun. In spite of the fact that the whole town is quite terrified by Berg so that there is no one to help him ex-cept the old barber Joe decides to fight the gang. To begin with things go well for him, but then he falls into a trap set by the gangsters. He is very badly beaten but thanks to his re-sourcefulness he manages to escape from the outlaws. Having recovered from his wounds he returns to the town to square things off. The battle would seem very unequal but Joe is full of resources and brilliant ideas; moreover, his pistol never misses; and eventually the band is eliminated together with Berg. Joe is triumphant having brought law, justice and order to the town.
