Honestly, I think this movie is far better than its reputation. There's so much more here than the splatter and brutality it is notorious for (of which there is a quite a bit, but it's not what dominates the movie). I liked the tension, the gloomy atmosphere, the existentialism and the claustrophobia of this. An excellent drama that deserves a second look. -- Seb (2022)
