After a group of bandits terrorize his town, a boy finds courage to confront them. We open with the villainous Scaife gunning down some cowpokes and taking their cattle. Snow has fallen and Scaife and his gang are unable to drive the stolen cattle. The gang takes refuge in a small town. The town's sheriff, Ranson, knows what kind of men these are and tries to convince the townsfolk to run them out. Scaife proceeds to kill Ranson. Ranson's adopted son, Tony, now wants revenge and El, Scaife's gunsel, agrees to help him.--JONAH HEX 22:10, 7 November 2007 (CET)
