  • Wild East DVD catalog
  • Wild East released over 70 DVD’s of which a number are double fearures
  • First discussion is about how both were acquainted with the Italian western

  • Ally Lamaj compilated VHS trailers. Wild East started with a Fistful of trailers on DVD which was new at the tine
  • Distributors used to cut movies to fit a number of viewings or for commercial activities. An uncut version is very hard to find for distributing

  • “Bill” Connolly started Spaghetti Cinema fanzine roughly the same time as Westerns... All'Italiana!
  • Grew up on a military base in Okinawa, seeing both military theatre movies as well as regular cinema movies and Japanese movies
  • Saw Italian western in Italian language with Japanese subtitles. Later found the English dubbing bad
  • Mr.Connolly worked together with Tom Betts for their respective magazines (i.e. sharing background information, combining interviews)
  • Mr. Connolly is scanning photo magazines (Star-Cine Adventures) and places them at Facebook
  • Mr. Connolly would love to do another fanzine edition but there are some practical difficulties like copiers and postage costs
