One of two of Sergio Corbucci's epics about the mexican revolution, Companeros puts you the viewer into a turmoil of revolutionary affairs. What makes this film so great is the beautiful images, the awesome actors (Tomas Milian and Franco Nero) and the really nice dialoge and message of the film. Tomas Milian really gives the performance of his life in this Spaghetti Western that loses most of its western elements really. One of the better films of the entire genre. Lacks the epicness and the cool music of Il Mercenario, but is up there with the very greatest. B+ --Sebastian 22:51, 11 August 2006 (CEST)
