The Film

Django has become a bounty hunter who is asked to chase a villain who has kidnapped a young girl, but because he is not offered enough money, he decides to join forces with the bandit. But he’s double-crossed by the ruthless villain, who also kills the woman he was about to marry. Once again Django will have to take revenge ...

Comments

One of the best unofficial Django films, this is also a twin movie of the equally impressive Vengeance is Mine. The film is famous for the beautiful, almost surreal opening scene, set on a beach, with the bounty hunter Django talking to one of his victims. Also great is the finale, set in a dusty ghost town, with a cameo of Fernando Sancho. – Scherpschutter

>> On the surface a simple story of a bounty hunter’s quest to pull in a villain is worthy of the title’s price but in reality a film which offers so much more (...). It also happens, in my opinion, to be one of the finest Italian westerns ever made. – Phil H
