A below-mediocre spaghetti western but definitely entertaining. It had some interesting characters, like the girl played by Silvia Monelli and the bandit played by Ty Hardin, who is a nazi as I read in a magazine. I its a fun flick with cheap action but without campiiness and the German dubbing kind of ameliorated the experience so to say. Nonetheless, Holy Water Joe is a B grade Spaghetti western which makes it a C grade film --Sebastian 23:00, 11 August 2006 (CEST)
