After his sports career was over he acted in a two-part movie along with Bud Spencer in 'Lo chiamavano Bulldozer', and in 'Bomber'. Del Papa in 'Lo chiamavano Bulldozer' interpreted the role of the barber Osvaldo. He appeared in only one Euro-western as a gunfighter in “Man Called Amen” (1968). Piero died in Pisa today October 27, 2018. He was 80 years-old.

Prolific actor Carl Duering died in London on 1st September. Apparently he originally acted under the name of Percy Fox. He was married to the actress Nancy Manningham. From the London Gazette: Carl was born in Berlin Germany on May 29, 1923 and appeared as Haw-bo-da in the 1954 British television western “A Cabin in the Clearing”.

Russian theater, film, TV actor Nikolai Karachentsov died in Moscow on Friday October 26, 2018, one day before his 74th birthday, his son Alexei Karachentsov told TASS. Karachentsov was one of the most popular Russian actors. He acted in tens of films, such as "Elder Son," "Dog in the Manger," "White Dew," "The Trust That Went Bust" and "A Man from the Boulevard des Capucines.".

Donald Alan Ewer passed away peacefully on Monday October 15th, 2018 at the age of 95. Born in Great Dunmow, Essex, England on September 10, 1923. Donald made his acting debut at Stratford in 1958 and returned in 1969, performing there for a total of five seasons. In 1970 he won an Obie Award for his performance in"Saved" in the Off-Broadway production at the Chelsea Theatre Centre. He has numerous film credits to his name including Doolittle in Pygmalion with Peter O'Toole and Margot Kidder, and Spider with Ralph Fiennes. Ewar appeared as Jack McVie and Ezra Adams in the Euro-western TV series “The Campbells” in 1989 and 1990.

Italian actor Venantino Venantini died on October 9, 2018 in Viterbo, Italy from postoperative consequences of a femoral surgery suffered last summer. He was 88. Born in Italy on April 17, 1930, he participated in 150 films. An athletic physicist, he made his debut in the cinema with an appearance in “Un giorno in pretura” under the direction of Steno. His first important part in 1961 with “Odissea nuda”, directed by Franco Rossi. He later performed in dozens of films, some of which became cult favorites like “Emanuelle near”, “Luca il contrabbandiere”, “Apocalypse domain” and” Paura nella città dei morti viventi”. He’s best remembered by Euro-western fans for his portrayal of Billy Kane in 1967’ “Bandidos” and as Sweetley in “Hate is My God” in 1969. He also had an uncredited appearance in 1976’ “Apache Woman”.

Italian composer Stelvio Cipriani died in Rome, Italy on October 1, 2019. He was 81. Stelvio had been ill since December 2017. Born in Rome on August 20, 1937 and graduated in piano and musical composition at the Conservatorio Santa Cecilia and began working as a writer for light musical singers. After a few years he moved for a short time to the United States to perfect himself in jazz music. Back in Italy he began composing film music and in the seventies he became the most requested composer in the field of soundtracks. He also composed the music of many documentaries, including some pieces commissioned by the Holy See. Known for his police and crime film scores Stelvio was one of the most prolific composers for the Euro-westerns in the 1960s and 1970s composing 16 soundtracks.
