Hunted by Dick Logan’s bandit gang, old gold digger Tom arrives at Carson City and hands over a treasure map to his daughter Isabella before the villains kill him. Before Tom dies, he urges Isabella to seek out an old friend of his, Ben Walker, and ask him for help. Ben, who's a washed-up drunk now, promises to help her find the gold. He gathers a bunch of buddies, among them a mysterious Indian and a deaf-mute who talks to his flute, and after a number of battles with the Logan gang they ultimately make it to the treasure.
