Synopsis
The pile of gold that Paul and Liza have accumulated is an attraction for many people, so much so that the young man is killed in an ambush organized by the bandit Chato. Liza seeks help from people who are no better than Chato; her frankness succeeds in rousing sleepy consciences and the girl is able to enlist a band of ruffians to her cause.
Comment
Nello Pazzafini, using the pseudonym "Ted Carter," leads a band of outlaws in this rousing spaghetti western from director Giuliano Carmineo (as "Anthony Ascott"). Aldo Lastretti appears as the obligatory fake priest, Rev. Riley, and genre regulars Daniela Giordano and Piero Lulli co-star. Hugo Fregonese collaborated on the screenplay, while Ricardo Pallottini provided the striking cinematography.
