Synopsis
Bill, upon discovering a deficit at the bank where he is the assistant cashier, seeks to borrow from cousin Frank who has 'invested' their savings. However Frank is broke and hatches a strange plan to find the money necessary wherein his partner is arrested, and the ransom will provide the funds, but things do not go as planned and he escapes with a dangerous bandit named "The Mexican"!
