What the SWDb reserves the rights to: our own graphics (such as our logo), texts (reviews, articles, analysis, interviews, etc.), movie descriptions or other original content produced by us or members of our community.

What the SWDb does not reserve the rights to: film poster artwork, screenshots, still images and other intellectual property of third parties as well as facts and figures (there is no such thing as a copyright to that)
